Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Online Shop Orders: We currently accept all major credit cards.
Pittsburgh Shop Payment: We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
Q: Do you make custom orders? How do I create a custom order?
A: See something you like but the colors or design are just not what you're looking for? Custom orders are welcome! We love custom orders and working with each client to create new and unique designs. If you have a special request, please just contact us so that we can discuss all of the details and create a custom design order just for you!
Q: How long will it take for you to create my order?
A: Due to our current workload, there is currently a minimum 4-6+ week lead time for small items (home goods and wedding accessories) and a minimum of 12-15+ weeks for larger furniture items. Because everything is hand-crafted, some orders may take longer to create.
Keep in mind that our lead times depend on quantity, so if you place a large order of multiple smaller items, your lead time can change dramatically. For a clear estimate of production time, please email us first; if you plan to place a large order.
**If you have an exact need by date, please let us know right away. We will certainly do our best to accommodate every request; however, with our current workload, a rush may not be possible. Approved rush orders might require additional expenses such as expedited manufacturing material procurement, production and express mail shipping.
Q: Once you have shipped my order, how long will it take for me to receive it?
A: If you are located within the US, once the order is shipped, it generally takes between 3-5 business days for smaller items to arrive. Larger items depend upon carrier availability and schedule due to the size and nature of solid wood furniture.
Q: Do you custom build your furniture for commercial, retail, businesses and restaurants?
